My Cambridge story:
Having worked with CL Global Academy for three consecutive years, I can honestly say that there’s no way I’d rather spend my summers. Cambridge, which has been my home for the last four years, is a beautiful city that has so much to offer: punting down the river Cam, exploring the centuries old colleges, walking through the meadows to Grantchester, watching the sunset from Castle Mound, enjoying a glass of Pimms in a traditional English pub... The list is endless!
My CL Clobal Academy story:
CL Global has an amazing team, with staff and Fellows from different countries working together to provide the best possible experience for all involved. Over the last three years I’ve had many new experiences and I’ve learnt a lot. Most importantly, I’ve made strong friendships that I hope will last long into the future: all whilst doing a job that I love.
My Cambridge story:
In 2011, as a participant in CL Global Academy's summer programme, I went to Cambridge for the first time. Now, I still read the diary entries I wrote during those days: "I cycle every day in Cambridge, I feel my youth, I feel the sunshine, I feel loneliness when I am away from my family, yet I feel on top of the world." I am dying to go back one day as I am grateful to have visited Cambridge.
My CL Global Academy story:
If Cambridge was the place that changed my life track, the summer course was the torch that lit my dream. I have enjoyed my life so much more since I went to Cambridge. It was the best time of my life as I grew into who I wanted to be, and the course brought me everything. I am happy to have attended the course at that special time.
My world story:
Discovery and sharing are always key words in my life. I learned to re-examine myself, others and, most importantly, my relationship with the natural world. It will probably continue to be an endless process of discovery throughout my lifetime.
